Helping you keep in touch
 
 
Allows the caller to remain on the line while the system locates you. If located via pager, you have up to 5 minutes (time determined by you) to call your Personal Reach™ Service communications center. You will be connected to the call if the caller is still waiting on the line. (Please see - "Screening" below).

Instead of calling your office number, callers dial your toll-free Personal Reach™ Service number. The system searches for you in one of two ways: 1: Via your Personal Reach™ Service Pager and/or 2: By dialing up to three telephone numbers that you designate. (You can change the numbers to be called as often as you like) If reached at one of the three (3) phone numbers you designate, simply pick up the phone You will hear a voice recording of the caller's name. If not, you can call your toll-free number from any phone, even a pay phone, and enter your pin and then you will hear the caller's name. (Please see "Screening" below.)

Dial toll-free into the Personal Reach™ Service System and you now have up to eight (8) lines at your fingertips. You can put callers on hold while you place, or receive other calls. You can set up conference calls with up to 8 inbound and/or outbound calls. You can even step in and out of the conference call to have 'side-bar' conversations with any of the callers.

You can assign identifying numbers to your frequent callers. This enables the Personal Reach™ Service system to identify callers even if they are not calling from a recognized phone number (e.g. a pay phone). Callers to your Personal Reach™ Service number are also asked to speak their name.
 
Screening from the pager
 
If the caller enters an identifying number, it will appear in your pager screen. If the caller does not have an identifying number, the number of the phone he/she is calling from will appear.
 
From a designated phone number
 
When you receive a Personal Reach™ Service call, you will hear the caller say his/her name. You will then press (1) to accept the call, or let the system ask the caller to leave a message.

  • Gives you even more control than when answering the phone in your office.
  • Ensures that the meeting or conversation you are presently in will not be interrupted by another incoming phone call.
Rather than dialing the number of the person you want to speak to, dial into the Personal Reach™ Service Communications Center. From there you can connect to any phone in the U.S. for one, low per-minute rate.

  • Saves time -- no need to hang up after each call and re-enter authorization codes for each new call.
Callers can leave a message in your Personal Reach™ Service Voice Mail Box. If you choose, Personal Reach™ Service can also be linked to your voice mail at your office or home, enabling you to retrieve your messages with one call to your Personal Reach™ Service number. If you choose to use a Personal Reach™ Service Voice Mail Box, and subscribe to the Web Access feature, you will also be able to listen to your voice mail via the web.

Personal Reach™ Service will receive your faxes and store them in your personal Fax Mail Box. To retrieve your faxes, simply call into Personal Reach™ Service and have your fax sent to the machine you're calling from, your regular fax machine, or any other fax machine that you designate. If you select the Web Access feature, you can read your faxes on the web and then forward them, print them, or email them without using a fax machine at all.

  • With the Web Access feature, you can read your faxes without a fax machine and with no access charges.

You can place or receive calls through the Personal Reach™ Service system using either a wired or wireless phone. Should there be a need to switch from one to the other (i.e., wireless to wired) simply use the wired phone to dial into the Personal Reach™ Service system and continue your call.

Callers to your Personal Reach™ Service number are greeted with your personal message, which you may change as often as you wish. An automated voice advises your caller that you are being contacted. The voice also assists callers through the menu options.

  • Ensures that callers complete their call or leave a message by making it easy for them to do so.
The Personal Reach™ Service System records and stores frequently called numbers and allows you to dial a number simply by using a two-digit code.

If you need a single number for your entire department of business, Personal Reach™ Service can provide you with one. The caller can dial just one toll-free number and be presented with a menu of the different departments or individuals that they can contact. By selecting the appropriate menu option, the caller will be transferred to the account of the department or individual that they wish to reach. That department or individual will then have all the features of Personal Reach™ Service at their disposal.
 
 
  • Clients/Customers trying to reach any department of individual only have to know one toll free number.
  • All departments or individuals selected will have all the features of Personal Reach™ Service making them totally accessible.
  • Still allows the departments or individuals to be in control by allowing them to decide which calls to take immediately, and which can be returned at a later time.
Gives subscribers of Personal Reach™ Service the ability to administer their accounts and messages on their PCs by using the Internet. After logging in, subscribers can change their phone numbers, make changes to their availability, update their speed dial lists, or perform other administrative tasks they can currently do via the telephone interface. In addition they can hear their voice messages, and read their fax messages over the Internet without using any other devices such as phones or fax machines. They can even email their voice or fax messages to any email address just by entering the address on the screen.
